Most of us should be following the "severe" schedule anyway, which starts at 3,750miles, and yes thats on the 07's+.

The only services I will have my dealer handle are the 30k,60k,,90k, and 150k because those require an extensive list of technical services that I can't perform at home, such as inspecting the MIVEC system and adjusting intake and exhaust valve clearances.
that "severe" schedule talking about, is it just your personal preference? Personally, I don't see a point of throwing away money for something I don't need. If maintenance book says 7,500, I'll do it at 7,500 miles just to keep the warranty deparment happy in case something happens.
