It's asking for the pass code. 4 number I assume... I don't have this. Is there a way to reset it? Does anyone know the commands to program this as well, since it's not in any of my 5 manuals.

Background. Bought this used two weeks ago, been at stealership for all but two days. So not original owner.

I tried a search on her and got several hits that had nothing to do with the issue. But did see that I may not be able to use my hands free if I have Navi? I'm lost.Thanks for the help. Matt

 

Try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes then reconnecting.

 

It's a number YOU select when you pair your cell phone.

The Right hand button called pair a phone will guide you through the job.
Give the info about your phone then click on the link for instructions.

This # is given to the car then used in your phone to match the Bluetooth as more than one phone can be paired.

 

Thanks but it's telling me it's locked and it needs the 4 digit passcode so I can set a phone. I need to reset it as the original owner set it and I don't know it.

Batt disconnect didn't work....just had to reset clock.

I'll try when my wife gets home. IT also says you can set up more than one phone. has anyone tried that?

Can't seem to get it to work don't know to start it when MMCSS comes on or do I hit the hands free button to start the reset???UGH! Help please it's the weekend and they're closed.
