Unhappy Should I replace Serpentine Belt Tensioner?

I have 2004 Outlander with 100,000 miles. I plan to replace Serpentine Belt soon. I was told I should replace belt tensioner also. Anybody has any inputs? How long belt tensioner should last?

Thank you for the info. I think I will replace belt tensioner as well.
