Finally got it replaced yesterday after dealing with about 6 people in the last 7 months. Some people said it was fine, others said it was definitely defective. Then they ordered a replacement, broke it, claimed they called me and that I don't answer my phone, etc etc etc could go on and on and on....

Result: a bit better, but still a bit of distortion in the upper right hand corner of the mirror. Time to put this one to rest unless a TSB comes out.
