Smell like burnt rubber inside
Hi All,
I have a 2014 Outlander SE 3.0 V6 - push to start.
My wife accidentally pushed the start button when she was getting out of the vehicle and it was left overnight. In the morning there was a continuos weak sound. And of course the battery was dead. There's a burnt smell inside but we cannot figure what is it. Smells like burnt rubber. I brought it to the dealership to check and they said they cannot find anything wrong or burnt. The smell does not go away. It's been almost a year now and it is still there. Any idea what could it be and what/where to look?
The vehicle runs and drives fine though.
Thanks
Neil
