My 3rd row seats stays folded down. I have heard squeaking when the car travel over bumps. I heard some of you applied grease somewhere to quiet it down.. can you tell me where to apply this?

 

Although it's not the grease solution..I have read that some used electrical tapes around the catch on the floor.

So far I have not heard any squeaking on ours-folded or not.

 

Mine had a squeak with the 3rd row seat folded but the dealer greased the latches under the seat and it hasn't done it since. I had actually forgotten about it because it hasn't done it since then.

If you release the seat so the rear of the base lifts you can see the latches. I think there is 3 to lube.
