Default Squealing from belts

Hey guys, I have a 2016 outlander and today I started hearing the engine squeal and it was coming from the belt area. I can't pinpoint exactly, but everything seems to be in order. There is a very slight movement in the belt, but it has been like that since day 1. Belt looks fine with no cracks. None of the components are moving. Any suggestions on what it might be? Car has a hair over 29k miles. Should I take it the dealership, would the it be under warranty?

Usually the belt is too loose and needs to be tightened a little more. Not really sure what motor you have, etc. Depending on the belt and what's wrong it might be covered.

Absolutely...take it to the Dealer...its under warranty...its not supposed to make any noise...29k..is still considered a new vehicle...the car is covered for 60k in the USA..(100,000KM here in Canada)..tell them to make it right. Best of Luck...let us know how it worked out.
