What do I need to do to access/read periodically Mitsubishi Outlander TSBs. It seem that some members know how to do this by showing pdf files of a number of the TSB in this forum.
The KIA on line web page, Hyundai, Honda, etc show all TSBs to registered users (usually with the VIN number of the car) after entering to its web page.

So how does it work then for Mitsubishi? How some members reproduce TSB pdf files in this forum? How did they get these TSB pdf files? Do I need to pay subscription to some one?
