Threw a code - P1773
Reversed out of a drive way, stopped, then put in drive and started to take off. It acted like the transmission was not engaged...lurched, then felt like it was slipping. ABS light came on (cannot pull that code). It looks like the transmission went into a dummy mode and is now running in 4WD Lock. After driving for a few hundred feet, the SES light came on and I read it later to be P1773. I can't find much for it online. Car has 49850 miles on it, so I have some warranty left. Guess we'll see.

Heard back from the dealership. Turns out a speed sensor in the rear wheel quit communicating throwing off the transmission control module and ABS. The P1773 code is basically a pointer stating that, hey, you have an ABS fault...not that I didn't see the ABS light an inch away.
On a side note, Instead of offering a flushing service for the tranny fluid, they are offering a drain & fill service that Mitsubishi recommends. They are charging cost of fluid + $60. He said it will be 120 bucks. That's low enough for me to let them do it.
