Default Tires?

Looking for some help here. Want to get some all terrain tires for my 07 outlander xls. Can I move up in size? What max size will fit with no problems or do I have to stick with the lower profile tires.

Thanks in advance.

on a 7" rim you should be able to go to 235 no problem.

You'll want to have the same diameter of the tire. Changing this too much will throw off your speedometer and potentially impact your fuel economy. 235 refers to the width in mm...the number before the speed rating/radial designation refers to the height of the treadwall as a ratio to the width. 235 refers to the width in mm...the number before the speed rating/radial designation refers to the height of the treadwall as a ratio to the width...so if you were to go with a 235 and keep the diameter, you would have to go to a lower profile tire.

If you want higher profile, then go to a 17 inch wheel
