Hello All,

Hope some can help me with a issue I have been having.

When I run the A/C in my 07 Outlander xls, I hear the security conformation (when locking the car with remote) beep once every minute or 2 when the car is idling. Not sure if I am getting the noise when I am riding in higway speeds as there is lot of road noise.

I will be taking the car to the dealer soon but thought some one might be able to help.

Are you hearing it when the car is idling and you are outside the car? If that's the case than it has nothing to do with the AC, it's just the car complaining that the key is turned and the FAST key is Outside the car.

 

No, I am hearing this when sitting inside the car, even with my windows closed. Anyways called the dealer for an appointment, will keep everyone updated.
