I bought some new Tire Air Valve Caps that came with a tiny rubber ring seal gasket on the inside and now I think they have wedged themselves inside the valve air stem blocking my tires from getting air. What tool can I use to get them out safely?

 

Paper clip, sewing needle, hypodermic needle, nut pick....something like that to dig out the rubber gasket.
