Default Turbo actuator replacement 2.0 DID

The diaphragm on the Turbo actuator is leaking which is probably causing "limp mode" under towing?
Does anyone have any idea how to change this without stripping the turbo out of the car. The access is terrible, So frustrating!

Default update

I replaced the acuator via the top of the top of the engine. Very fiddly but just about possible. I had to buy a vacuum gauge to calibrate it as it initially was still causing limp mode.
FYI 18 inch mercury at full deflection.
One handed circlip removal and replacement is a ****!

Acuator on Ebay - £26,
If taken to the Garage a whole turbo replacement was the only option at £700+
