Default Unable to access menu screen in Info Center

Anyone else have this problem? I was reading the manual and it allows you to change the temperature settings from F to C, or vice versa, as well as fuel consumption from Miles to KM or vice versa as well.

It says that by scrolling through the screens, you should be able to access the menu screen. Holding down the info button when at the menu screen should give you options to change.

Mine doesn't get to the menu screen. I scroll through the two trip odometers, service screen, temperature, fuel consumption, etc...then back to the trip odometer without even seeing a menu screen to change settings.

Any help?

Are you serious? Put the parking brake on and hold the info button for 10 seconds? It makes NO mention of that anywhere in the manual.

Where is the "set" button? The time is changed on the radio display, not the info button or screen.

Ok, so I looked at your post closer now and figured that you do NOT have the nav system right? So if you dont, this information doesnt help. If you do, it does.

On the MMCS there is a INFO and SET button. SET is the lower left button. That brings you to a menu. Then select "System", which takes you to where you can change the units, clock, all kinds of things to chirping when you lock the outtie, to setting the rear wiper.

If you dont have the MMCS, you're screwed..... no will have to look in the manual to find the combo of button pushes to figure all that out...

In order to reach the setting window (non-mmcs, Outlander 2008) :
Engine turned on or at least switch in On position.
Car standing still, handbrake engaged.
Gearbox in neutral (I suppose park is applicable for people with automatics)
Cycle through info window until I get to settings menu
Press and hold for two seconds to enter

Hope this works - good luck!
