It's don it through two sets of wheels. Factories and aftermarket Borbets. And through three sets of tires. All season Michelin Defender on car from April 2013 to October 2014, cooper winter tires October 2014 to April 2015, both on factory wheels. April 2015 to present general altimax rt43 on aftermarket Borbets.

When's the last time you did your brake rotors??? Bad quality controlled rotors can cause this issue as well.

It did it before and after the new pads and rotors.

Ok, then i would move on to checking the wheel bearings.

35-50 mph is where it is vibrating now. I don't hardly drive her car. So I wasn't sure exactly how long or what speeds. I noticed 45 when riding passenger in the car.

Would bad tie rod ends cause it to shake the wheel as your driving?

Most certainly, i would look at all the bushing and ball joints.
