I am not to familiar with Mitsubishi products. That being said, i am in the market for a decent second car and came across what seems to be a good deal on a 2006 Outlander with AWD.

I hope no one minds me asking as a newbie on this Forum, what do I need to be aware of with a vehicle of this vintage? Any gotchas...I have seen a few used Outlanders listed with a note that the timing belt has just been changed. Is this a common item with the Outlander to be maintained frequently? Any other things I should look out for?
