What is your Mileage
I've had my Outlander for a couple months now and am getting 24-25 mpg average. I have heard of people not gettting above 20 mpg and IIRC the new 2008 estimates have the Outlander listed at 19city and 23 highway. What are you getting?
Myonly dissapointment is the small tank and the early low fuel warning, not letting you get much past 300 miles before telling you you need to fill up.

I can pretty easily pull off the pre-2008 numbers 27 .
Trick is to slow down on the highway and to anticipate stops and coast as much as possible in town. I find that the extra 10 MPH doesn't get me anywhere much more quickly..just gives me more time to enjoy the Sat Radio
Plus, I'm not worried about getting speeding tickets.

I get about 20-22 with mixed driving. I go pretty steadily on the highway, and zoom zoom in the city.
This car is easy to keep within the speed limits, so I don't feel like I will ever have to worry about speeding tickets.

On a 4 hr ride at 80mph it was 24 mpg. not too bad considering it was around 2400 rpms.
When I first got it I was getting around 20 mpg now Im seeing much better numbers up around 26 on highway around 60-65 mph.

Im up to 4000 miles. I changed my oil at 2000 miles and started noticing better gas mileage at about 3000 miles. I try to never use my air in the car. Some times get stuck in traffic on the local highway that is stop and go traffic lights but when I get on long back roads I get great gas mileage. Once you get out of traffic and away from all the idiots that hit thier brakes for no reason and cut in and out of traffic and all the other crazy things you see the outlander uses like no gas to keep running.
