Here's the only one I know of:

I contacted them about a month ago with virtually the same question you have asked. Here is their reply (unfortunately I didn't get a price):
"Thank you for inquiring about HERE Maps. The latest map update for your 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander is version 2014. At this time, the release date of the next update has not been officially announced. Generally updates are released every 12-18 months.

The map update costs $200.
The latest version is 2014, was released about 6 months ago.
2015 is scheduled be be released in June/July 2016.
I have no idea why they are so far behind. I finnally broke down and updated my 2010 in June and the update is much better than it was. I was running 2008 version.
