Default Winter Rims from 08 CRV

Hi, I think it can, but can anyone confirm that steel winter rims from a 2008 Honda CRV will fit a 2011 Outlander XLS?

Anything I've read says both cars are 5 lug 4.5 inch 114.3mm

thanks

The Mitsu XLS wheel specs are as follows

Summer stock 18", winter recommended 16".
the bolt diameter (PCD) is 114.3 mm.
the centre bore is 67.1 mm.
the 18" rim width is 7" the 16" is 6.5".
the wheel offset is 38 mm. (38 to 42 works)

Center bore too loose and the wheel will wobble and to tight it will not seat properly.

Higher the offset number closer to the strut and spring you will be and it will also narrow the track. Lower number move the wheel outboard (check the body work).

I think the 08 CRV has a centre bore of 64.1 will this be too much difference?

No clue what the stock offset is, trying to find out right now.

38-42mm for the 11 XLS doesn't give me a lot of room for error.

sounds like the center bore of the crv wheels is too small, and would not work unless you want to pay a shop to bore out the center of each wheel to 67.1. If you find a wheel with a larger than 67.1 bore you can get concentric spacer rings to make the hole smaller, but not anything to make the bore bigger, except have it machined out. Like Claude said, if the center bore is too small the wheel likely wont fit and it will get jammed or not go on completely at all
