my tires no i have the hankook optimo h727 and they are the best tires i have ever had, good grip but soft tires so u cant really drive it like a sports car. handled a foot of snow like nothing, great in the rain takes on everything you throw at it. i dont think it the tires causing this wobbling. I guess its the sensative performance oriented steering in the high winds that are pushing it around, im talkinng 40+ mph winds.

Well the wind pushes most SUVs around. However, you don't notice it has much in very heavy ones. However, on the Outlander and other CUVs, its very noticable regardless of which tires you have. The steering and wheel size doesn't matter much for this issue.

The other issue, which is large wheels combined with very sticky tires, causes the wheels to follow the lines on such surfaces and towards the camber on smooth surfaces. You can reduce this by getting smaller wheels and less grippy tires.

That being said, vibrations and a noticeable pull all the time is an alignment issue.
