XLS without AUX input

So will this work for all model outies, I have the LS with stock head unit (no fosgate or NAV)? If so I will be the happiest man on earth for this cheap mod.

Sadly........nope.

I wonder if theres any physical aux inpt on the unit it self, when I press the CD key for 2secs or more it goes into "aux"?

Awww that sucks. I didnt know about the "aux" mode. I wonder if theres anything in the shopmanuals that you can DL from here.

Ive had the stereo out there are some miscunusedconnectors back there, it would be nice to know what they are.

i know this is a really old thread, but i just pulled the back cover off the center console of my xls and i have this exact cable. i am trying to use an iphone through the aux feature. is there a cable i can buy to either plug and play or splice in to get this to work? thanks!

does anyone know if this will work on a 2015 outlander sport? The dealership I purchased from is closed and my vehicle never got one which should've been included in the ES i bought.

This is cool but what I did was buy an Aux kit from Best Buy Geek Squad and it came with installation it works great.

i have a problem i put the aux adapter i wanted me aux but i have no sound just noise what can it be
