1999 Eclipse F4A23 transmission problem

1999 Eclipse F4A23 transmission problem
during a reasent road trip, all was going well when at a rutine stop, the car would not move forward. I can get a little movement if i reved the engine. If I get the car above 30 mph then all is fine. Does this mean i lost first gear? Is this an easy repair or do i need a new transmission.
