i have a mitsubishi carisma 1997 1.6glxi 90,000 miles yesterday my revs went sky high moved throttle position but still the same nearly at 3000 at idle
i took the plug out of the ecu and the revs dropped to just over 1000 revs car runs no bad but it should not be like that ie running with ecu disconnected
is there anybody out there who can give any help it would be more than welcome
