I'm not sure which post to put this in... About 6 weeks ago, I buy now some f-1 fenders on ebay from a company. My eclipse is in the body shop getting fixed from a wreck. I also buy nowed a body kit from a diffrent company that was very easy to work with. Anyway, I gave both my new shipping address and the body kit arrived very proptly. The fenders, which I bought a week befor the body kit never arrived. I finaly contacted the company and found out that they had shipped them to my old address. WTF! I sent them my new address and they said they only send to CC mailing address. Well, that hasn't been my CC mailing address for over a year and half. Now that I paid 100 buck to have them send to the wrong address and I gave them new one. they will not resend to original address or give my full amount of money back. What should I do????

 

I'd recommend filing a report with e-bay and there is a thing you can do that notifies both parties and e-bay about a problem and asks for a resolution. I can't remember what it's called. But you can start there and see how things go from that point.
