Default 2000 gt no start

I'm back on it sense it quit raining, so car turns over; replaced fuel pump then there was nothing wrong with the old one, fuel comes out of fuel rail when I disconnect the end of rail, changed distributor cap and rotor; could the rotor be on wrong?? cause they sent me the old type cap I returned it a week later installed a new rotor and cap, checked the crank sensor, cant find how to check the cam sensor?? Im getting a spark at the plug when I check plug #2 out of motor, its not blue but its there I cant get any codes cause the tow truck driver pulled off the neg wire 4 theft deterrent. WTF man this car couple years ago had to replace crank sensor put it on and waited a 2 days went back and something (RAT) ate the wire off again so I end up replacing that again the wiring harness to the back fuel injectors and others it ran great till now. haynes manual isn't specific on the cam sensor
