Unhappy 2001 Spyder GS

Hi to all,
I 'm new to this, just trying to find out best way to handle this problem.
my clutch is acting up, took to our local guy he top of my hydraclic fluid.
Still not working right, only after pump clutch paddle will go into grear and only really works after been driven for few miles. Its hard at time to go into grear. Hubby feels the clutch is good may have problem with seal on the hydraulic master cylinder. any ideas would be helpful

Inspect your slave cylinder while some one presses the clutch if it pushes the linkage without any problems then its not the master cylinder or slave cylinder, you might have a worn clutch, also check and see if the slave cylinder for leaks, if it leaks the cylinder is cheaper at the dealership
