Default 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Low Acceleration Engine Noise

Hi, I bought 2014 Mitshubishi outlander sport 6 month back and I am facing a major problem for the last 3 months now .. While driving in LOW ACCELERATION between 20-40 km/h I noticed there is an unusual noise (tetetetetetete sound) from the engine. I have changed all plugs, air filter, engine oil (fully synthetic) and serviced my petrol filter but still facing the same problem and the funny thing is that it only happens when I'm driving in LOW SPEED. Please help me. Thanks in Advance.
