Greetings to the list.

I'm not really a newbie, but it has been many moons since I last posted anything.

I have searched the site and couldn't find an answer to a particular problem I'm having with our 2002 Mitsubishi Montero XLS sunroof.

The sunroof opens and closes, but the rear portion of the sliding roof does not "pop up" to secure and seal the sunroof.

It seems like the linkage is not articulating properly.

Any insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks, Nick A.
