If your on this website to find out information about buying a Mitsubishi,don't!
I've owned a Mitsubishi for 5 years (60,000 mi.) and didn't need the dealer until I had a transmission problem.Well the dealer (Bell Mitsubishi in NJ) could'nt fix the car and kept it for about a month,while I paid for a rental to get to work!Did they help pay for the rental because they could't fix the transmission? Nope,not even a penny was their answer. Imagin that, not being able to fix a transmission on a Mitsubishi for a month and your a dealer for the car. It's that simple.

 

B/c of once bad experience your telling everyone not to buy a mitsu? Did you ever speak the the Gm at the dealer abt your situation?

 

Not only did I speak to the GM of the dealership but this entire posting is about the "Owner" of Bell Mitsubishi,NJ and how they handled not being able to fix a transmission in one month time.

 

If they didn't handle the problem fast enough for you did you ever call mitsu and tell them abt the dealer?
