Yesterday, the sensor lights went off for the battery and brake simultaniously?? I've heard it could be the alternator. I have a 2000 Montero Sport LS. Any other suggestions?? Thank you very much

 

I checked the battery today and it was fine. The car seems to be running okay, but i am concerned about the battery and brake lights coming on simultaneously. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

 

Have the alternator checked. Check the fusible links and make sure they didn't come unscrewed; they should be screwed down nice and tight. Also check your connections to the alternator. This issue is not car specific, this issue is similar in all cars.
