Default Big Time Engine Problems

Ok here's the deal I have a 1995 Eclipse, I had a supposedly new engine put in by a local mechanic. It seemed to run fine for a few days then I started receiving all these Error codes. P1294, P0340, and P1391. I found these by using a code scanning device I borrowed. Anyway now the the engine idles way too high around 300 or 4000 rpm when evrer I start it up and stays there. After awhile it will settle down and then bounce around from 1500rpm to 2500rpm. Can anyone give me some help on what to do? By the way the mechanic is long gone out of business I think. Last thing the SRS light stays on and Check engine light can be cleared using the code reader.

Although this isn't the right section to chat about engine problems, I can just say that you should look into the throttle Poss. sensor. Seems that the computer doesn't know where the butterfly is and because of that the F/A mixture is way off.... OR your computer is trashed and just shooting out codes.... Both will do that! Welcome and Good Luck!
