wut up . tryed to put an intake on my 1990 gs non turbo (for now) i need a cheap way to circumvent the valume air flow sesor and the other stuff . n e one got a clue any advice would be greatly appreciated

you cant get rid of or try and get around the air flow sensor without doing some good mods like getting a GM MAF and a translator which is more money than im sure your looking to spend. Where did you get this intake. Cuz all intakes are made to use the stock MAF.

 

i have not yet purchased the intake , but the stock mass air flow sensor is HUGE . i dont get how that is going to go away .does the new intake plug into the old sensor or what .

here is m EVOs intake see the MAS and you see the intake hook up with it.

 

ok so i took apart the stock intake and stuck the mass air flow sensor inside a cone filtewr now it preforms better at open throttle but from a dead stop it just wants to die n e ideas on that.
