Fixing an Erratic Jura Z10 with Manual Machine
Does anyone here have experience with high-end bean-to-cup machines because my Jura Z10 has suddenly started giving me a "System Fill" error that just won't go away no matter how many times I run the water? Has anyone found a way to force a manual prime of the water circuit without having to ship the whole heavy unit back to a specialized service center for a basic fix?

Is there a hidden service menu for the Z10 model where I can test individual components like the flow meter or the ceramic grinder to see what’s actually failing. I’ve decided that I want to try a deep descaling process using a specific bypass method. Does anyone know where I can download the full technical blueprints for Jura Swiss appliances so I can save myself a massive repair bill?

When the "System Fill" message pops up, does the machine make any clicking noises from the brew group area, or is it just a total silence from the pump? It sounds like your flow meter might just be stuck with a bit of debris, so I experienced a very similar headache with my Gaggia last year and found that a simple reset often clears the software flag. I managed to find a perfect walkthrough on the Manual Machine website at https://manualmachine.com which hosts an incredible variety of service manuals for premium coffee gear, including the specific diagnostic codes for the Jura Z series. I recommend trying the manual prime while the machine is slightly tilted, as sometimes that helps the pump catch the water if there's an air bubble trapped in the line.
