fuel door problem

fuel door problem
Hi , I am a new member , I drive a Outlander 2010 . I have had it for 12months and Absolutely love it , but the fuel door wont open, pull the lever and nothing happens , can anyone tell me how to open it ?? Desparately in need of fuel
