i drive 2007 galant 2.4L mivec engine ,, i need to know what engine oil should i use ,, the oil cap reads 5W20 ,, thats what i used,, but the weather here in summer is a little hot (around 40 c ) all help is appreciated.

 

5w20 should do you just fine, your engine will operate within the same temperature parameters regardless of outside temp, unless there is a mechanical error within your coolant system
