anitfreeze smell 2007 galant

I have a 2007 galant 4cyl that i can smell an antifreeze smell coming out when hot. Obviously a very small leak due to no visible leaks or coolant loss. The car only has 21k on it. Anyone heard anything about this?

probably just a small leak at a hose or a water pump.
have it looked it professionally.
