Default Gear Problem

Good day guys,
Please i have an outlander 2007, each time am driving the car, of recent i was driving and i noticed the suv refused to move, and each time i pressed on the pedal to force movt it make noise, i changed gear oil it worked and after like 24hrs it started again.

What oil did you use, and how much did you put in?

Default Gear

the first time i noticed it, my mechanic said the gear is bad, but another mechanic said i should change the oil, we did change, we drain the old that was very black and added new one 5litres.

what type of oil did you use? dextron? J1? J3? J4? ATF?

That transmission only takes 3.5 after draining. Did you put in too much?

And what model is your car? 2.4l petrol with CVT?

2007 model outlander
6 Cylinders
my mechanic said the gear is bad yday.
Please do you idea how much it will cost me if i want to order another one? i live in Lagos Nigeria, or if you can link me to a dealer that can help me i will Appreciate.
