gst vs gsx
since my car has so many miles on it that it would be so costly to turbo it since it is a gs. i was thinking of buying a gst or gsx preferably the gsx but i wanted some opinions on which one is quicker and the better buy. i know that the gst is lighter but which one has the better 1/4 mile time.
gsx being AWD w/lsd would be a better car but some of the things that make it more $$ are unneccesary (leather interior for one) performance of the gst is very good also. put your money down on a good example of either and you'll be ok. spec wise only I would go for the gsx. you can drop weight alot easier than adding AWD.
this is true... AWD kicks ***. the leather sucks ***. but take out those crappy seats, throw the AC out and drop on some fun stuff like CF/FG body parts and racing wheels, and you are losin TONS of weight.. go GSX, my opinion is WAY biased, but I think its still right
slight tick sound... very light..... Im voting gst... only because i have one... but a gsx can take off slightly better being awd... although slightly more power is eaten up by the drivetrain, and q to gsx owners does it have open diff or helical? because if they are open diff, then putting a limited slip in a gst would bring them together for takeoff... But i have never peeled out in a gsx to know for sure... Burnt?
