Just got my 95 gs-t a few days ago for 4 grand. All stock except for Yokohama Tires and 12" 1000watt sub and 1000 watt amp.
Its got 90k miles..so hopefully i can get 100k more out of it. Pics coming tomorrow...its been raining all day here in so cal.

Let me know some of the first upgrades i should get. Performance or Appearance. I got 1g to spend right now.

Welcome to the forum, glad you got a pimp car to work with.

I'd say the first thing to do would be to lower it. Best part is, that is for BOTH looks and appearance. That definitely won't cost you a thousand, so, yeah. If you want to do something else, try looking into a Venom 400 Module. Supposedly they are easy to install, easy to turn on and off, and don't require any configuration to your stock engine or electrical system; oh, and they apparently can raise HP as much as 25%. Thinking about getting one myself in a wee smidgen. If you want to hold off, I'll let you know if it works or not.

Aye, he speaks the truth. Put some 19" wheels on there if you can, ultra low profile tires, and slam that sucker to the ground.
