Hello everyone,
I have a 99 gst eclipse, It is in very good shape and have just recently decided to fix it up. When I say fix it up, I mean I want it fast. I have money but the only thing is I don't know where to start and what exactly to get. I have a few friends helping me but the thing is they don't know exactly what to get and not to get because they have srt or hondas and etc. I really want to be able to beat a srt 4. That is my main goal because they think they are unbeatable. I could really use any advice and what to do first. As of right now I have about 2 grand that is ready to be spent, so if yall have any Ideas I am all ears.

I have a 98 GST... lol yehhhhh I just got it also as you can see from my previous posting.... I have not done anything to it yet but I am researching on what I should get.

The best advice I have been getting from all my friends are HKS exhuast

http://hksusa.com/categories/?id=1071

Just the exhuast itself 10-15hp, plus downpipe + uppipe I have read to give about 5-10 more... (I hope I'm right or else i'd be making a complete idiot out of myself since I just started learning about engines)

Apexi has some nice parts too for GST... they are usually around $650-700US but you can check out the prices and compare...

On that note: When you do... Let me know also I'm still serching for best prices
