Hey whats up. my names mike im form worcester mass (probly thah only one in here that is) i just got a red 1995 eclipse gs, 420a 5 speed a couple months ago. ive fixed everything that need fixin so far.it wouldnt run when i first got it so i did self diagnostic test and it gave me trouble code eleven so i put thah sensor in and it started right up. thah car is fairly stock. well actually all thah way stock except for thah system which came with it, thah horible lookin front skirt, and thah white 15 inch rims which i dont like. i prefer thah stock gst wheels over anything. i just llike how they look. I want to get a stock front bumper. im lookin to go extremely sleeper with this thing cause thah racing scene is ok in my city and i hated when people used to role up next to me and my step father with crappy lookin stuff and then blow us away.anyway. i am lookin for ideas on what performance mod i should get for it first. any ideas on where i should start?

 

Hahaha, its no sleeper man, welcome to the DSM world, we like our eclipses clean and AH!, 420a a topic im actually know some about...
The 420a was designed to be more as a simple reliable engine, it will not give you THAT much performance, specially without changing the internals... there are a few guides in the FAQS inside the site, but if you wanna start you should get the basic bolt ons, and research about the engine and the differences with the 4g63 which is the turbo engine and the most supported here.
For reference you can get parts from avengers, sebrings, and talons, theyre compatible (not all of them, but most, theyre based in the same platform).
