Unhappy please help

1990 laser rs. getting ready to move and had the car tore down for paint. putting everything back together I notice the cluster wasn't reading right. figure it was the cluster got a new cluster and same results. so trying to get things right until I get settled in at new house I got a triple gauge pod. I think the temp is operating fine the oil pressure is pegged out high, and the fuel level is pegged out high. only had about 1/4 tank. I ran the oil pressure wire separate from sender to gauge and the temp from sender to gauge the fuel level from yellow wire in cabin under passenger side dash to gauge. the switched power from a fuse tap radio fuse then piggy backed to each gauge, the grounds from chassis by the fuse block and then piggy backed to each gauge. have I done something wrong? what do I need to do? I don't have the time to trace down a wire or ground from the factory harness just yet until I get moved. please help.

If it worked before you tore it down, then you effed something up putting it back together.
