Default Storm and his Galant!

Hey guys and gals! FINALLY found a forum where I can start getting help and start showing off my ride lol. Last one I joined was pretty much dead. So anyways.. here's my little bio:
I'm from Elk Grove, California. I'm a full-time music label manager/DJ/producer and I work at a gas station for extra money (gonna be getting a new job soon). I picked up my '98 Galant ES for about $400 because of a water pump issue. It's sitting pretty ugly right now, to be completely honest. But it's a car, and paint comes later when I can afford it.

Anyways, so, that's my introduction. I'm open to answering any questions, but for now, I'm off to post in the Galant section with my problem. I'll put a short description here just in case anyone has a hint as to what might fix it.

Basically, I got the car and as I said before, the water pump was failed because there was water always pouring from it whenever the radiator was filled. So, we got a new WP, replaced a belt (the guy at AutoZone determined it was an AC belt) that had been so worn, it literally had half of the treads missing, and worn enough to snap so there was just a broken belt there. And we also replaced a freeze plug in the cam that had a puncture that was spilling water.
PRIOR to these repairs, the car had been driving decently (decently enough to drive home (yes, I limped it about 5 miles) and to drive to test stuff)
After we pulled everything, replaced the pump, all that good stuff, the car won't start. It turns and WANTS to go vroom, but not catching and firing. We've checked all the timings and followed the repair book we got down to the wire. I'm at a loss of words for how to fix this.
I'm open to answering questions, but I will also paste this in the Galant section, because i know it belongs there.

Thanks for the welcome guys! Looking forward to showing off this ride once it's back in it's prime!
