Valve lash adjustment question
Hopefully some one can take a moment to help me out, I recently bought a 2006 outlander 2.4 4g69 mivec, I adjusted the valve lash as the recommendation was to do awesome motor very happy the adjustment work very well no more ticking but my concern is this, the cylinder 3 intake valves had a lot of slack which I'm sure is what was causing all the ticking , but what would have caused just # 3 intake to slip that far out and no other valves? Anyone else come across anything similar?
