Hello, fellow Mitsubishi drivers. I am new here. I drive a 2001 Galant and live in Maryland.

My car ran smooth as silk until I replaced all three motor mounts. Now I get quite a bit of vibration in the steering wheel and in the dashboard. I took it back, and they said there is no adjustment that can be made. The are OEM mounts. I'm sure this is the problem because my car ran great that morning, and when I picked it up in the afternoon with the new mounts, I noticed the vibration.

Do they have a break-in period like a new pair of shoes?

I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and can lend some insight.
