hi all, i have a 2003 vrx 2.0lt Lancer, my problem seems to be clutch, on and off usually at the traffic lights after shifting into neutral i cannot shift into gear, clutch pedal seems low on pressure, i can find gears after restarting the car however roughly, then all seems fine until next time. anyone else had this problem ?.

There is another Mitsu in the team - a 3.5 Shogun ... I really love it We only had a stupid electricity issue that has been healed with a new 20A fuse, so now it drives like a beast. An electricity or computer issue might also be the problem with the clutch of @jamescostello ... as far it is fixing itself after system restart

My name is Iby, or ibysmalls whichever you like. I've only got a mitsubishi Colt 1.3 glx.
Previously I have had about 4 vauxhall corsas and have done a few conversions on them to a 2.0 (c20xe) and v6 engines etc. Pretty nippy tbh.

I'm no mechanic but I am planning on becoming one soon.

With my colt, depending on what happens with my license (got a court date for speeding ) I will either keep it standard or do a sleeper project on this and convert it to have a evo engine. That's why I have come on here. Just to get an idea of how or what parts are available etc.

Hello to all nubs and vets, I currently own a 99 Diamante but this is me second Mitsu. Previous to this one I had a 02 Galant Es candy apple red. Love that color too, looks so delicious. Anyway its an honer to be part of the fam and hope to be of some help with the mech that I know and learn more about my car that so far its been a pain in the @#$% to find bushings for it. Besides the crappy OEM the dealer tried to sell me, saying that its a dealer part only.
