Just joined today. I have a 94 3000gt with 313,000 miles on it. I have always babied it and it is clean. Unfortunatly my job makes me drive a lot. 313k and she run's like a dream. I also have a 99 Montero sport with 95k on it. It also runs great. Just thought I would say hey.

Damn thats alot of miles. did you ever change the engine or anything>?

Yeah how do you make it last that long? Replacing, or just keeping everything in tip top shape?

 

Hey all,

I guess I am just lucky. Still the original engine. I just do basic maintenance. Although I am starting to price crate engines because I know it will not last forever. We'll see.

Yeah that is an insane amount of mileage, even for a mitsubishi. :-D But that just goes to show with proper maintenence our cars can certailny last us a long time.
