The SOHC 4G15 displaces 1.5L (1468cc) with a bore and stroke of 75.5mm x 82.0mm. A version of the 4G15 was produced with gasoline direct injection. It have 92 hp on the 1993 Mirage. A DOHC MIVEC turbo variant of the engine is also still in production to date (4G15T), serving in the Mitsubishi Colt series, offering 154 hp on the latest Colt Version-R (with exhaust enhancement).

its gonna be tough. most of the people here are eclipse or evo people. You might have trouble finding help about this engine. And hyundai aftermarket is not really flurishing. Are you planning on boosting the car. Because others than that there is no reason to upgrade pistons

well what i was saying is its gonna be tough to find people that know alot about the 4g15 motors since not many people in the US deal with them. Im sure its posibble since alot of the mitsu parts are interchangable but i cant say for sure. My suggestion would be to look up a couple other forums. Do get me wrong, this is a great site and there are alot of knowledgable people, just not many in that area. Id check a hyundai forum because ive had luck with asking questions on some of those before.
