I know its dirty, the place i got it from was supposed to detail the motor..but obviously hasnt yet, so i have to call them about it

Wow... that IS a raunchy motor bay... Look at the lift point on the engine there... its not even a tab anymore... its... its just a bunch of rust particles holding hands!!!
