Could someone pleasetell me what electric boost controllers areandwhat dothey do? . . .Well obviously they controller your boost; I guesswhat Iwould like to know is why would you want to controller it. Why wouldn't you just want the max boost you can get all the time? Thank for the help,I can't seem to find any info on them besides wherethey can be bought.

 

basically it over rides the stock setting. Without it you cant run anything more than stock.

A manual one will do the same.. only that would be under the hood.

 

Oh ok, that makes sence. . . So things like exhausts, intakes,boost gauges, and wideband guages don't need it, I'll just need oneonce I install a tubo upgrade kit, right?

You can get one now and turn the boost up a little to 16. Stock is about 12. Thats a decent power increace

Id say just get a guage and a MBC. Its alot less money and works just as good.
